At Bhavya E-Store, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are processed.

1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or replacement if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

• The product is unused and in its original condition

• The request is raised within 3–7 days of delivery

• The product is in its original packaging with all accessories and invoice

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)

• Products without original packaging

• Customized or special-order items

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us via email or phone within the return period

2. Share order details and product issue (with images/videos if required)

3. Our team will verify and approve the request

4. Once approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you for return shipping

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

• Once the returned product is received and inspected

• If approved, refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days

• Refund will be credited to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via:

• Bank transfer / UPI

5. Replacement Policy

• If the product is defective or damaged, we offer a free replacement

• Replacement is subject to product availability

• If replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch

• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed

• In case of prepaid orders, refund will be processed after cancellation

7. Shipping Charges

• Return shipping is free only for damaged/incorrect products

• For other cases, return shipping charges may be applicable
