Order Cancellation Policy

At Bhavya eStore, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. Our cancellation policy ensures a smooth and fair process for our customers.


✅ 1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Before Shipping:
    You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.
    Please email us at support@bhavyaestore.in with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.

  • After Shipping:
    Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy.


🚫 2. Order Cancellation by Bhavya eStore

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product out of stock

  • Pricing errors or technical issues

  • Unserviceable delivery location

  • Suspected fraud or high-risk transactions

In such cases, we will inform you via email or phone and issue a full refund (if payment is made).


💰 3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If payment was made online, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method (via Razorpay or relevant gateway).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
